1. Product Introduction
R868 is a high-performance rutile titanium dioxide developed by Jinan Yuxing under Bluestar Group. Adopting zirconium-aluminum composite inorganic coating matched with organic surface treatment technology, the product features excellent whiteness, outstanding fluidity and film gloss, high tinting strength and strong hiding power, together with easy grinding and dispersing performance. With controlled average particle size ranging from 0.22~0.28μm and high rutile conversion rate, it is specially developed for high-standard coating systems with strict requirements on gloss, dispersion and weather resistance.

Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid exposure to rain, moisture and direct sunlight. Place goods on pallets to prevent moisture absorption from ground. Seal packaging tightly after opening to avoid powder agglomeration, follow first-in first-out inventory management.
Operation Safety
Wear dust mask, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, rinse continuously with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash skin with soap after direct contact with titanium dioxide powder.
7. Quality Statement
All listed indicators are factory standard technical specifications. Actual test data of each batch shall be subject to the official factory inspection report. The actual application effect is affected by customer formula, grinding equipment, construction process and curing conditions. Small-batch trial matching test is recommended before mass production to confirm product adaptability.
